I am considering having a home built and I am leaning towards using metal studs as opposed to the traditional wood ones.
Anybody with any experiance in this area? Comments, suggestions!?!?!
Any problems with wiring or radio/tv reception? Lightning? Static problems? I was told early metal studs caused grime & dust to be attracted to the walls…
The termite issue is one of my main concerns being that I live in the South. I also am considering metal studs because of the lessened fire risks & cheaper insurance rates.

The main advantage is you won’t be having any termite problems to your framing. Houses built in Hawaii are built with metal for that reason and also it’s cheaper for them. Lumber is not readily available.

Studying bio materials and I need to know the answer to the above answer. Somehow I don’t think the answer is ceramics have metal components, but if that’s the answer then I guess I read to deep into the question.

Most metal surfaces are protected by an oxide film. Essentially these are layers a few atoms thick of ceramics on the surface of the metal.
Two good examples of this are Aluminum and Chromium in stainless steel alloys.

Alright, my computer crashed and I basically lost all my music from iTunes. But I have my iPod Touch that still have my library. I also downloaded music from programs like Frostwire, so I can’t transfer purchases. Is there any programs that can take the music from my iPod to transfer it to my iTunes? I know I did that before, but I just cannot think of the website.

The itunes in my laptop though has the same account as the one i have in my computer. But how come I can’t copy the music from my laptop to my iphone.

sterling silver. Those lumps in your ears are keloids, or scar tissue. Everyone gets them, you shouldn’t worry about them

I don’t remember the song, or even the band. I just really need to find that music video, and the song. If I remember correctly, the music video started with screens of terrible crises, but ends with some sort of positive statistics.
It is probably nowhere near the mark, but I swear it is a Theory of a Deadman song, but for no specific reason.
