There is this feature in iPod nano, touch and iPhone, it merges lyrics and music in a mp3 file. I would like to know how many kb does the file increase.

It doesn’t increase a lot. It depends on the length of the song + 53 to 250 kb

You shouldn´t worry about it.
If you managed to find and merge lyrics in all of the muisic in your device you wold be left without 3 to 5 songs.
