I am planning to expand my music library. I dont like country or rap, just anything rock-related. Does anyone have any suggestions?

OMG there are lots right now I’m listening to Living Colour a Black Rock Band from 90s didn’t get much recognition because well they are black and that was the saddest thing about judging a band they are one of the best bands I have heard in a while. Also Burning Airlines, Jawbox, Apples In Stereo, Primus, The Pixies, Frank Black, Built to Spill, …And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, Rival Schools, Hey Mercedes, Braid, Neutral Milk Hotel- It is possible you wont be able to stand his voice but it paints amazing pictures, Bright Eyes is another good one, My Morning Jacket, Mew, Yo La Tengo just to name a few there are to many great bands to name. most of them are independent bands if you have a chance to review all of them do so dont say well this one sucks so forget the rest.. some ARE an acquired taste but I like them all. I can give more bands of your type if I knew what you were REALLY into what gets you going the best.. In any case keep listening it is great for the soul.
